There is no formula as such to assess Attitude, Skill and Knowledge (ASK). While behavioural interview questions can be asked to check one's attitude and knowledge, for assessing the skills, one has to rely on the requisite tests. While asking questions may sound easy, assessing the replies may not. The interviewer has to have intellectual depth to read through the replies given by the candidate. If there is a panel of two or more than two interviewers for taking an interview of a candidate, more or less they should award the same marks to the reply and there should not be a wide variation.
Even designing the recruitment tests is also not that easy. Defining various levels like "Excellent", "Very Good", "Good" and "Average". Even though the interviewers may be different, the outcome of the tests should be the same.
