Welcome to the forum! If you are a consultant we suggest you leave a small description & a link to your website in the consultant's area. Although we have just started this forum but we get over a thousand visitors a day, so the visibility may help in growing your business & create new leads.
Another easy way to gain visibility is by helping out some of the younger HR professionals in the forum, this would hardly take much time but creates goodwill among the members & visitors. Oh not to mention that if you are one of the highest ranking members [through the points system] your name will not only be on the index page along with a link to your profile but will also show up in the " <link no longer exists - removed> " panel which we think will gain a lot popularity once released.

I thank you for the appreciation.I am a project consultant by profession but HR consulting and counselling is my hobby as I have gained it thro my experience of 7 yrs.
I am not keen to gain visibility but yes any kind of aid
i.e. helping out some of the younger HR professionals in the forum, i would love to do it.
Even i beleive that i have to learn a lot so hope this forum adds some more feathers in my cap.
