My name is Arpan and I have just returned from Uk after a span of 5 years. I did my MBA in UK and thereafter worked with a mortgage company for a period of 2.5 years. Prior to this, I worked with a BPO in Noida as Assistant Manager - Training and was responsible for managing whole trainng cycle and conduct soft skills training including Team Building, Communication, Supervisor training, Sales, Customer Service, etc. I also trained delegates for various UK and US based projects.
I have just returned to India and seeking opportunities in Training and Development. I will appreciate any guidance if someone can advise how to get free lance work and help with such organisations. Please refer to my attached training profile.
