I am employed with private university as Assistant Professor with CVM University Vallabh Vidyanagar, Gujarat. I have tendered resignation on 30.08.2022 & as per private university's own norms, they wish to relieve me on 15.10.2022. But i have clearly mentioned for a month time period , being into probation period. Meanwhile i have scheduled joining other institution from 1st Oct 2022.
Now its evident that the employer is seeking 15 days salary & want to squeeze it unauthorizedly and illegally. I have though requested verbally and in writing to management, but its in vain. What should i do now?
