Dear Akshata,
For the employees who will be on the rolls of your company, the issue of Appoint Letter suffices the purpose. Anticipate your requirements and design the terms and conditions of the employment. There is no need to make a separate contract as the Appointment Letter itself serves as a contract under the provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
Segregate the general terms and conditions of employment and you can make these applicable for the employees on contract also. While making a contract with the contractor, include these terms in the contract. If you wish, then you may issue a separate letter to each contract employee which mentions the terms and conditions of the contractual employment.
Thanks,

Dear madam,
It is not clear, what you mean by 'Medical Company'- is it pharma, dealing with medical equipments manufacturing or selling etc.
Again , I guess by ' Employee Contract' you mean engaging employees on company's payroll and not through Contractor. As you may know, for persons engaged through the Contractor, appointment letter is to be issued by the Contractor only.
As regards terms of engagement of the company employees, barring some common terms across all categories, there will be role specific that is -Supervisor, Executive or Manager - terms. Unless it s known for what category appointment letter is to be made, no worthwhile suggestions can be made.
