Hi,
Recruitment SLAs stand for Recruitment service Level Agreements.
Service Level Agreements (SLAs) define both client and consultant responsibilities at each stage of the process and provide a methodology for measurement and account feedback.
(SLA) that typically includes a guaranteed minimum number of applicants who meet the hiring managers approved criteria, candidate quality as determined by hiring manager surveys, the speed in which the hired candidates are presented and overall programmed cost.
This is waht I know about Recruitment SLAs, seniors who have more experience can correct me if I am wrong.
Best Regards

Hi Sree,
What you said is very right but the overall programmed cost can be avoided in a SLA, cause many firms still have a variation in the cost based on recruitment procedure and position.
But the rest seems to be just right. It also would deal with the role definition of the employees invovled in the project and as well pre-interview, pre advertising, advertising, analysis & shortlisting, prepration of interview, interview, Record Checks and induction. In fact the entire process is detailed in the most possible way.
