Dear All, We are writing to request an amendment to our Factory Act 1948 license. Currently, our manufacturing unit in Chandigarh is registered under the Factory Act with a manpower capacity of up to 100 employees. We now wish to increase this limit to a maximum of 200 employees.
Please provide us with the detailed procedure and any specific documentation required for this amendment? We would appreciate guidance on any forms that need to be completed and any additional steps we need to follow to facilitate this process.
