Hi, all...
I am working in a startup company with 30 employees(mostly freshers). I have done induction program for freshers and also have taken sessions on email etiquette, etc. but the management wants me to take a mentor/trainer role for bringing more professionalism among the freshers. I joined the company as a fresher and I was not given any training. Since I am the only hr in the company I have no one to help in this.
Please give me guidance in which all areas I should focus, if possible!

You can then choose which modules would suit your staff. You can also check with your management as to what the focus of the course content should be. Develop the module accordingly.
