As I was working in Sheetal Motors Pvt. ltd in Mahindra Automobiles as Sales consultant in car dealership
I have served for last six months.
They are denying to pay my last 9 days salary and as well Mahindra Login file amount for financing customer car from company, as per there commitment. Dues are pending 7000/- for login id of finance and approx 4000/- for 9working days. After lots of request they are not paying me off. Giving excuse customer complain came so it will not be payable to you. Actual case I serve my best. If company not fulfill commitment with customer then complian will welcome to each company. Its not employees fault. I didnt hinder against company or nor i do unofficial behave. In other case by excuse they deny you didnt servr notice period so it will not payable to you.
In our company offer letter not givenat time of joining, no contract was signed as like one month notice period. Just they do salary by cheque from hdfc bank so having employee no. And manual register maintain for attendance.
