Dear Dilip,
Thanks so much, but I need to know and learn more on this, what if you want to stay away from the Office politics and if the office politics effects you even when you are not interested in that, How one avoids it?
It is ideal that you stay away from the politics, but if affects you and your performance and reputation as an employee how do you tackle that any articles on it please forward to me.

Dear Dilip,
It's nice and useful too.
Howerver in todays office envoirnament there should be some more points added to it e.g.
1. Know your position (what people think about you) in the office
2. Know what happens around you and use when required
3. Sale your professional ideas and make sure that you get a credit for that
4. Don't lose heart anytime whatever may come

Dear Dilip
Its really helpful for me especially, where i have been working in nasty environment of narrow-minded people for longer period. Its quite difficult to judge emotions and feelings of others, though i am also quite emotional and without having any fault i have been criticized many times by several people and now by my boss. Looking forward for more information on such topics....
