How much will be bonus percent(20) in my case?

For 2023-24
My total allocable surplus: Rs. 1 crore
Salary & wages only: Rs. 45 lacs

This salary is for all including below Rs. 21000 and more

So how much will be my bonus percent? I guess 20%?

I've already started paying 8% as Adv Bonus for all eligible employees in the salary.
