Hello NDivya,

if you are looking for exit documents , you must make sure few things first before moving to exit docs .

The employee must have submitted a formal resignation letter to the HR department . I would like to clarify that resignation Acceptance and Relieving letter are different .

After the employee has submitted his resignation HR department needs to draft Resignation Acceptance mail /Letter within a stipulated time period but soon employee must know if his resignation has been accepted or not .

relieving letter is issued either on the final working day or afterwards as per the company policy to state that the employee is relieved from all duties finally .

In general you need to have these things prepared at hand for the exit process :

Exit Interview process/method : to know the ways organizaion can improve further and other opinions from the resigned employee so that organization must care his points seriously over the next hire .

Thank you letter : it could be a initiative too if you add this , to show that the organization benefited fro the service of the employee and this will add to your brand promotion and have a touch with the employee even when he moves out .

experience letter : the letter to show the duration of working

relieving letter : to show that employee is relieved from all duties

no dues /Full and final letter : this letter lcars that either party has no dues over other and employee is free from any liabilities further . before issuing this you must check from all concerned department that no dues is pending in any form .

Salary Certificate ; it's not mandatory but some organizations issue it separately too .

Hope the details will be helpful to you .

Regards

Arvi
