1.4 Objectives of the study
The aim of Human Resource Accounting is to depict the potential of Human resource in monetary terms, while casting the organization’s financial statements.
Primary Objective:
To analysis the expenditure incurred for recruiting, staffing and training and developing the Human resource quality is the investment in Human Resource.
Secondary Objective:
1. To find out the return on investment in terms of increase/decrease in productivity and profit/loss to the organization.
2. To find out the ways and means which helps to improve the management by analysis the interest in Human Resource.
3. To find out how effective the Human Resource are being utilized.
