I am working in a broking company.i've joined this company on 03feb2014 and my NISM certificate were attach in branch on that day. when i asked for a offer letter, then they told me that that'll come shortly. i got my offer letter on 11 march2014 after36 days of joining. and in april i got a salary from the date of offer letter. now they are not giving my previous salary. what should I do.

They may give back salary after getting approval from the competent authority in due course of time. Don' t worry about it.

Email a letter stating all factors to HR & on the same ask the reason why ur joining date is not calculated for salary. On the same request them to calculate ur joining date and credit the salary since 3rd feb. Mark the email your personal id, to hr & to ur line managers.

Beforehand let the forum know what was the joining date mentioned in the offer letter, if it was of 11th March or of 3rd February, to give you an appropriate view
