Company not paying Variable component of CTC even after serving this company for 14 months.
My Variable calculation when I joined was March to March suddenly last year company changed it to June starting from last financial year.
I put down my papers in February and served the Notice period till May 30th of this year where I completed 14 months of my Variable Cycle, Now company is denying payment of my Variable component. While I put down my papers I spoke with my boss and he assured to pay it, now he is also denying due to HR policy, the amount is really big.
What all I can do to claim Variable Component of my CTC.
