Hi, I have requested a Background verification report conducted by my current employer.
HR is asking me to provide an elaborate reason for the same, but if I specify I want to verify what my previous employers have a say about me, my request may get rejected.

Hi, Normally BGV process will be carried out by Employers. Why you are voluntarily requesting for BGV of you with your Employer ?
