Dear Tanvini,
A very good PPT, but you missed out on the flip side of VRS which every employer refuse to mention, but the Line Managers and Middle Managers feels a lot. For example:
1) Erosion of Valuable Talent and Experience and accumulation of dead mass.
What I have seen being a part of a VRS Scheme is that the efficient people among the worker level opted for the scheme because they saw it as an bonus income of their career. They went out and started their own trade, while the less efficient and redundant ones did not opt for the Scheme because they were redundant in the outside world also.
Thanks again for the presentation.
