Recently I have joined 7yrs old company in Haryana, Yesterday only I get the company Shop & establishment registration certificate which I applied last month.
Till date company have not submitted any annual return.
I want to submit annual return of Sexual Harassment. So in this regard pls help me.
I have prepared SOP- Sexual Harassment. Now pls tell me do I need to register somewhere in govt. authorities regarding Sexual Harassment.
Or how, where and when I need to submit Sexual Harassment annual return for the year 2015.
Please provide your valuable guidance and support.
