Currently finding new project in company where i am being told this would be last month for salary and after that i wil be on bench with no payroll i.e no salary if i dont find any project .
My questions are as below :
1. They are not firing me or giving me notice ,Only this month salary i will get . next month onwards i will be on bench with no salary . Is this allowed ?
2. If i give 3 months notice , will they make me stay and give 3 months salary or can they release me immidiately with only this months salary
3. If they terminate me, would i be liable to get 2 months salary as per labour laws in india. My offer letter states 3 months notice period.
