I have been working in a recruiter office since last 1 year. I had been a part of both talent acquisition and employee engagement department to provide right candidates to our client pharma companies. I want to shift to a company HR team other than any recruiter/consultancy. In order to acquire theoritical knowledge , I would like to enroll myself to 1 yr PGDM in HR from Symbiosis Distance Learning Centre. I would like to whether my decision is apt for a successful career in HR . Hope to get your help .
