Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) is a retirement savings scheme for salaried employees in India. If you want to withdraw your PF amount online, you can do so by following these steps:
Check your eligibility: Before you start the online PF withdrawal process, ensure that you are eligible for it. You can withdraw your PF amount only if you are unemployed for a minimum of two months, or if you are retiring.
Link your Aadhaar: Make sure that your Aadhaar number is linked to your UAN (Universal Account Number) and that it is verified. You can link your Aadhaar number with UAN by visiting the official EPFO website.
Log in to the member portal: Visit the official EPFO website and log in to the member portal using your UAN and password.
Verify your details: After logging in, verify your personal details and update them if necessary.
Go to the ‘Online Services’ tab: Once you have verified your details, go to the ‘Online Services’ tab and click on ‘Claim (Form-31, 19 & 10C)’.
Fill out the form: Fill out the claim form with the required details, such as the reason for withdrawal, the amount you want to withdraw, and your bank account details.
Submit the form: Once you have filled out the form, submit it online. After submitting the form, you will receive an OTP (one-time password) on your registered mobile number, which you need to enter to complete the verification process.
Track your claim: After submitting the claim form, you can track the status of your claim online. The PF amount will be credited to your bank account within a few days after the claim is approved.
