Actually I have one request as I am in need of drafting one warning letter for an employee who left the job without intimating the management & who owes some loan money to the company.

While dealing with such type of scenario please make it as much as legally strong on the company side. Before sending a warning letter, send an intimation telegram as king to report office. If there is no reply for the telegram within 24 hrs. Then initiate the warning letter, let everything have a proof for instance send it thro' courier like Blue Dart or DHL whose delivery is very authentic other than for local couriers. Attached is the template for initial taking up. Please consult a legal advisor if the amount is huge.

Thanks Roopa, even I had a similar case in my organization. I was thinking as how to recover the due amount, since the employee didn't turned up so far.
