Dear Seniors, Need your help on one my query request you to please help me I will be very thankful.

I am an employee in a Limited Company and my current designation was Senior account executive. In August month my company forcefully terminate me for false allegations of getting money from vendors on the release of payment. they pressure me to resign on the same day but I fought and make videos that they do not allow me to enter the factory and harass me mentally and threaten me we will destroy ur career. after 1 week i resigned and received acceptance.

Now the company is not clearing my full and final and telling me first return the money which was paid to you by vendor and vendor also signed on his letterhead forcefully by the company because his payment is yet to release by the company more than 40 lakhs. so he write what the company said.

i had served more than 7 yeas in the company. it all started become company had done some manipulation in books of accounts and forced me to sign on the govt documents which i refused to signed and then they start making my activities videos where i go when i came and when i leave to whom I meet and all that.

Now, i am confused what to do, should i go to income tax department or labor department because company is still threatening me that we will not give you ur full and final. jo krna hai kr lo even that vendor also tols me that bhai meri payment fasi hai nahi likhu ga to company will not clear my duesa and said sorry to me on phone.

I had done one major mistake that i resigned due to family pressure.

I have pf , graduity , bonus , leave encashment and notice pay to receive.

I am very disturbed mentally. My full and final is around abt 1.90 lac and the company also asking me to deposit 1.90 lac

Thanks and regards
