It may be surprising but some of us don't get enough permissions in life and sometimes because of our thinking distortions we don't give permissions to self. As a trainer you can always give permissions to your participants...

Permissions are a part of the Transactional Analysis (TA) training I got from my Master Trainer- Pearl Drego. She has written a beautiful book on Permissions titled- Talk to me Mum and Dad. She has spoken about basic 14 permissions in that book.
