What if the production incentive is paid weekly in cash. Will it be applicable to ESI contribution? If yes,
then how can we collect the respective contribution from the workers?
What if Prod. incentive is paid as NOT being the part of the salary?
For example, in 1st week we pay Rs.150/- to 10 workers and in next week we pay Rs. 50/- for the same 10 workers?
