You are all requested to help me out in my current query regarding salary heads.
I have 5 employees, those are outsourced to different location, their salary structure drafted by the customer with the heads such as Basic hra conv medical allowance and special allowance.
In my existing salary sheet I have only three head basic HRA conv. You are all once again requested to let me know about the legal addition of other two heads. Basically all have to be exempted from ESIC.
Is there any PF liability on special allowance?
One more question what is CCA and how it works under salary head.
