Recruiters are very clever, they knew very well what will be the next question be asked to each question we ask.
If you are considering a fresher: check his attitude and the technical strenght and how commited he or she is.
if you are considering a experienced recruiter
Its better to give them a requirement and a bunch of candidates and to choose the best if required ask them to call the candidates and you be in the conference..

Well I agree that yes Recruiters are smart, but here is the answer - smarter tool to know who is the real smart!! :-) get their Handwriting Analysed and you would for sure know whom you hiring.
This is not just limited to Recruiters but for any employee u want to hire.
