Sir/Madam, As per the attachment given, ESIC remittance was made on 29th July and neither the amount was debit from the employer's account nor the amount is credited to ESI account. This grievance was escalated to

If the amount was not deducted from the bank, then it’s a failed transaction. Generate another challan and pay.
