My Name is Lakshmi Kant,
Me and my friend have done Merchant Navy course(STCW and HEUT) from one of the institute established in Gaziabad (Delhi Academy of Merchant navy) the duration of the course was 7 days which we completed in April and along with that we have paid a full fee Rs17000 each but now the Owner of the Academy(Ankur Sharma) is not providing us the certificate, the certificate he provide us is not legal they are fake, for same we have launch a complaint against owner Ankur Sharma in near police station but they are not taking any action on this. please sir help us out its not all about money he playing with many other students life and money please sir save them.
Also in the begning of the course he assured us that he will provide us the certificate on the same day when we complete the course but now he is even not picking our calls and saying that do what ever you can do.

What type of registration does this institute claim for conduct of educational courses?
If local police does not entertain your complaint,approach Superintendent of Police of the area for help?
How do you know the certificate is fake?
Have you spoken to other students who are doing/have done the course?
Take joint action of FIR,writing to MMD ,Mumbai about this institute.
