My suggestion is to buy these tests either online or in hardcopy book format.
The books are available at all leading book stores and some of them even have an accompanying CD-ROM for convenient printing of both - questions and answer sheets. And, they aren't expensive either. I've seen Om Book Shop sell them for between Rs 1000 - 1500 a book. And, sometimes they even have them on specials!

You can just google ' Aptitude tests' or ' Placement papers' and 'n' number of searches related to this will open up. You don't necessarily have to spend on buying new stuff. There are websites like indiabix(dot)com , placementpapers(dot)net , 3smartcubes(dot)com etc which can be really helpful. You can pick and choose the questions depending upon the requirement for the candidates/students
