Dear Seniors,
Please help me out of this situation. My MD & Jt. MD have decided to initiate a "cost-cutting drive". They have identified a few which need to make way out of office & I am to execute this drive. I am to speak to those chosen ones asking them to put down their papers. This is first time for me & I am totally clueless as to what all I should say to make it as much at peace as I can. Please guide me.
