How to know HR vacancy availability in MNC/Ltd companies?

Good morning all,
I am Shaik Subhani, iam working as a HR executive in Pvt Ltd company form one year, my dream is to work with MNC/ LTD companies as HR. can any one guide me to get vacancies information of MNC / LTD companies.

If you have gained good experience(3 years and above) working with a small company, MNCs will approach you automatically with good packages.
