I am working in some small pvt. company as hr executive. My age is 36 and I started late in the field of Hr. My degree is PGDHRM. But my strength is study. I love to read books. I want to grow fast in my career to match the others. so My question is that Can you suggest some valuable courses or degree course to grow in my career fast. (Jaise ki CA hain ki ek baar clear ho gaya to fir career set ho gayi waise hi HR main koi course ho.
