My organization is planning ERP implementation this year and in the pre-implementation stage we propose to organise change management programmes for our employees. At the onset we plan to hold the workshops for our senior management and the implementation team so that they can drive the change management process throughout the organization and these critical stakeholders speak a common language. By conducting these programmes we expect a 'buy-in' from the key players as well as sensitivity to understand the potential resistance/ resentment that may crop up as a result of the ERP Implementation process.
I seek your help in suggesting a senior, seasoned and dynamic faculty for the above programme. The faculty should preferable be Delhi/NCR based so that there is ease of operability. Kindly send me your response at the earliest.
