Hi Karthikeya,
Plz find attached ECR format.
For addition of new employee in EPF, simply issue him PF member id as per sequence and add his details in ECR and submit it.
After filling all the details in attached file Save As in CSV format after that open that CSV file in Note Pad and replace all "," to "#~#". and save it.
Note pad/text format you need to upload on EPF portal.
