hi, Yah sure we can help/ suggest/ guide you in solving the conflict but before that we should know what king of conflict it is....... If it is with a single employee... you can just call him and ask the reason so that you can come to know where the actual problem exsits..... ok let you know ok bye

Hi, As i said earlier understand the root cause of the problems it might be because of communication issues or authority or even a threat. Based on that either have a personal discussion or make arrangements for common meetings which is no way connected to issues. Also ensure whether the issues could be handled if you can change some policies. Regards Vijayakumar

hi this is bharath from jaipur. i need a solution for one of the case in which the root cause of that interdepartmental conflict is communication and the personnel dept manager is not understanding the grievances of the line managers.how to solve it?
