I have just started a company and would like to do service to another company and have 2 year contract with them.
I would like to put up an agreement and contract. Can somebody help me out in guiding me to right place? Something like template would help me out to start?

A CA/CS or lawyer might be in a better position to help, if your client company does not have a template to use.
Alternatively, you can download and edit copies of contracts that deal with contract manufacturing, service provider or SLA template for IT contractors.
