Dear Ganesh,
On a practical note, Bargain an extended notice period & compensation in lieu; and look for a new assignment. Make it a Win Win situation than getting into a conflict.
All the best!

Dear Mr.Ganesh,
Really I appreciate your management because in the present scenario the organizations are terminating the employee some how or other like tagging non-performance / misconduct / failures etc etc causes & at this stage continuing with them is also not a right option hence better to request for extra compensation as suggested by our friend Mr.Rahul and try for alternative.

Hi
Try to sit across with the management and find out what makes them to go for outsourcing which may or may not be beneficial for them. You may also get to know the areas for improvement and if they had already made a decision in this matter, you may , as suggested by our friends in the columns, go for extended notice period to give enough time for you to get another job and also get all the payments due in an amicable manner.
There is no point in hanging in there when you are made known that they are okay without you.
Thanks and Regards
