Since you are working in a mfg concern and your job profile is related to the same, i would suggest you to opt for MBA (Production). It is my opinion. You can go ahead with which you feel is best suited to you.

If you are willing to get more exposure and if you are enjoying production department you may go for MBA in Production Management,
If you feel comfortable and willing to diversify your career for big designation in coming time you may also opt Supply chain management ,Research & Development ,Export Management as an minor subject in MBA to attract employers also,
As above different options are exactly nice for future and make your C.V. much lucrative.
