Dear All, Provision for Unified Annual Return is provided on Shram Suvidha Portal by Central Labor Department. Since there are state rule in every state, therefore most of the HR fraternity are used to adhere state rule and submitting Annual Return under factory act to the state authority. Even in most of the states, provision for Online Single Integrated Annual Return is also provided.
Now there is a confusion that where we should submit online return either Shram Suvisha Portal or state Portal ? Another confusion is that the name of return (Unified/Single Integrated) itself indicates that we should submit one common return for all returns under different acts but there is no any notification to stop submitting returns under different acts, therefore most of the fraternity are submitting online integrated return as well as different hard copy returns in different acts. Can any one guide on this?
