Hi Bhavan, I view is that PF can be remitted only if there is salary payment to the employees. if there is no salary there is no need for PF contribution. With Regards PRAVEEN KUMAR E

Dear Bhavan ji,
Correct answer to your question is as under:
You need to remit Rs. 75 and Rs. 25 in A/c. 2 (Admn charges on PF) and A/c. 22 (Admn charges on EDLI) respectively every month till such time the winding up process of your company is not completed. Once the winding up process is complete, you have to apply to EPFO for cancellation of the PF code alloted to your company.
Hope the learned members who replied to your query will accept my answer as correct one.
