When we started our research we had some
preconceived ideas about tomorrow’s world. Many
studies have been undertaken to explore the future
of society, the environment, business and even the
workplace. Our challenge was to focus explicitly
on the business context and the impact on people
and work.
While we cannot claim to have identified all the
possibilities, several strong themes have emerged

Hello Vinayak Nadgir,
The article is very exciting and it tries to visualize what is in store for us in 2020.
The Blue World signifying Corporates having a strong hold over the society,
the Green World driven largely by the consumer and the concept of small is beautiful
as portrayed by the Orange World, are all nicely presented. They have set up expectations
some thing similar to Star Wars serials which were ahead in time by three decades.
thanks for the post,
V.Raghunathan

Dear Raghunathan,
Thank you all for the Nice comments.
The change in the Globalized World is so fast that only Organizations who are anticipating & progressively adapting to the changes will remain relevant & competitive.
Some of the observations in the Presentation when we are approaching 2014 are already unfolding.
