Can Any one please help in that subject that If a W.B. Govt. serviceman died at the age of 57 years 9 months, can his family dependent can get the govt job on COMPENSATION Ground ? If yes please discuss what is the Procedure to get the Govt job at Compensation Ground?

Please provide me ther details:
1. State / Central Govt
2. Total duration of service and joining date
3. Is this the only Govt job (In few cases Ex-Service men will work in Central Govt after retirement they will join other Govt sectors like banks etc...)
4. Grade and Salary at the time of death
5. Dependants benefits already availed
6. Wheather the employees of thatsector has union
Based on these we can guide you...

Thanks for your kind reply. I am providing the basic in formations You wanted to know , is that 1.)It is a West Bengal STATE Government Service. 2.)Joining date of service is 06/11/1980 and total duration of service is 31 Years and 8 Months. 3.)It is only PURE Government Job. 4.) At the time of death HIS grade was \"B\" Grade staff and pay band was =3 (According to ROPA\'2009 Act of W.B. Govt.) and total Salary was 15100 (Including Basic 11500/-+ Grade Pay 3600/-. 5.) His Dependents already Paid his Death Gratuity and others Like G.P.F. etc. 6.) It is Purely State Government sector. Not Union Govt.
Now I Hope, I satisfy your query, So please give me the Right answer regarding my main query.

Hi
There is a union for all B Grade employees of al state govt dept's, you can contact them.
There is 100% chance to get the job if the additional compensation is not paid.
Fact is that you need to get it done off the records
