Will you be interested to work with this company…???
Being in HR, very often employees comes to me with their demands and expectations. Doesn’t matter what you do for employees but they are never satisfied…
I was just making a list of their expectations, they want:
1)Flexi-time: They should be allowed be VISIT the company whenever they want and for as little hours that they can.
2)Transportation: Company should arrange for their transportation, if feasible then they should be given a car, with driver and filled petrol tank.
3)They should be given free lap-tops.
4)The cafeteria should be full with dishes of their choice. They should be allowed to eat anything, anywhere, anytime.
5)The company should send them to an exotic place for their annual holidays.
6)Company should cover their medical insurance and other healthcare expenses.
7)Every year they should be given hefty increments.
8)Company should lease for them fully furnished houses.
9)If they want to attend training or study something then company should cover the cost. Not only this, but company should make arrangements for free education for their spouse and children.
10)Company should purchase for them, free membership to a health-club; sports club; adventure club and night club.
11)There should not be any project deadline.
12)They should be given performance bonus without evaluating their performances.
13)HR should listen to me and not to others.
Etc and Etc
If the company or HR is not providing any of the above mentioned then they are not good; it means that HR is not working and management is not caring.

hi
Every Hr faces with the same amount of problems with situations and demands varying from person to person. In such cases the most useful technique which i feel is to make the employee understand the relevence of the job he id=s doing and how important he is to the organisation. Also never promise something that you you can not full fill. Explain them the USP of working in the organisation with comparison to other organisations in the same lead. HOWEVER WHEN YOU DO THAT PLEASE MAINTAIN THE WAY IT IS COMMUNICATED FOR THE TONE AND THE CIRCUMSTANCES UNDER WHICH THE MESSAGE IS SENT OUT HAS A GREAT INFLUENCE ON THE EMPLOYEE..........WHICH MAY BE POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE.
