Hi, my name is Stanislava and my ambition is to write master thesis about leadership in IT projects. I am looking for a questionnaire and manual, which can be suitable for identifying leadership style of managers. I do not want to use LJI and LPC of Fiedler. I think that Blake-Mouton grid theory or R. Houses "path-goal" would be good for me. Or maybe, another questionnaire which is to identify orientation to task and relationships. Do you have any of them, also with manual please? I hope, You can help me somehow. Thank you!!!:)

I am Tagore Govindarajan, student of Masters in Disability Rehabilitation Administration in the National Institute for the Mentally handicapped, Secunderabad, India. As a partof our course we have to undertake a project work and my topic is"Leadership Styles of Administrators working in Disability Rehabilitation Organizations". To measure the leadership style i am intended to use the Multifactor Leadership Style Questionnare developed by Bass and Avolio (2000).
