Dear Indumathi,
Here are some general suggestions you can consider:
Contact Support:
Reach out to the customer support or helpdesk of the platform you are using for online payments. They should be able to provide assistance and may guide you on how to input the correct Establishment ID.
Verify Establishment ID:
Double-check the Establishment ID to ensure it is correct. It's possible that there might be a specific format or certain digits that need to be entered.
Offline Payment:
If you're unable to resolve the issue online, inquire with the Labour Welfare Fund authorities or the relevant department if there's an option for offline payment for the current month. They may provide alternative methods or instructions for submitting payments manually.
Temporary Workaround:
If the online system only accepts 10 digits, try entering the first 10 digits of the Establishment ID to see if it allows you to proceed. This may be a temporary workaround until the issue is resolved.
Documentation:
Make sure to document your attempts to resolve the issue, including any communication with support or authorities. This documentation may be helpful if there are any disputes or issues in the future.
it's crucial to contact the relevant authorities or support channels associated with the Labour Welfare Fund for the most accurate and up-to-date information. They should be able to guide you through the process and provide assistance with any technical difficulties you're experiencing.
If you have specific questions about the Labour Welfare Fund or need assistance with navigating the online payment system, consider reaching out to the appropriate government department, labour office, or the support provided by the online platform you're using.
