Hi, Good Afternoon, Hope you are doing well, We are calculating the bonus on minimum wages as per Bonus Act 7000 or minimum wages whichever is higher.
We want clarification about the given bonus on minimum wages to all cadre like sup/operator/executives and manager whose salary (Basic + DA) are less then 21000.
Is it OK or not? Request you to please explain and give us the best opinion.
