The user in the factory needs knowledge related to Heater equipments and it’s components, Design engineering, Maintenance practices and Oil chemistry. Unfortunate part is, there is no material ( Books etc ) available for getting the concept clear. So the person depends upon external knowledge who may be expert in one of the activity be it maintenance, design or say chemistry. So Holistic view towards the problem is not provided.
