Can any one guide me on Apprentice act?
I m working at registered office, and at my plant site, we do have apprentice as per act. But is it also compulsory to recruit apprentice at registered office as well?
Request seniors to guide me on this.

The Apprentice Advisor of the local area is the person competent to give direction to engage apprentices as per the Apprentice Act 1961. But before doing that the facilities available in the establishment have to be ascertained. A registered office is basically only an office establishment, they can only direct for engaging commercial apprentices or Data entry apprentices
