My employer is deducting my EPF @12% rate of my basic for both the contributions as per the rules.
However i want to contribute more by opting for Voluntary Providend Fund. When i asked my employer for the same, the finance department said, "We do not have that provision of increasing your PF".
1) Can the employer deny like that for VPF?
2) Is there an offline process through which i can opt for Voluntary PF in my PF account?

VPF is possible only when the employer and employee both get agree on increased contribution, above 15000/- ceiling VPF does not remains attractive as the EPS and EDLI are having ceiling at 15000/-
